There is no centralized management of the multiple HVAC units that are found throughout the facility. Due to having used static schedules for HVAC controls over many years, energy costs were exorbitant. There is limited ability to detect faults in the system, and there is little visibility on how much maintenance is needed. Wired communication had been costly and inflexible. Client needed a solution that could seamlessly scale across multiple buildings.
