Our Unique Case Study: The Miracle of a Spice Factory

You won't find this case anywhere else because it's ours alone. The name was "Masala King," a small factory that exported 42 types of spices abroad. The problem was that if the spices got damp, the entire container would be rejected. The goods were returned three times at the foreign border, resulting in a loss of $50000.

At first, everything was manual, a person would smell the air and say, "This is fine." We did something different. We embedded IoT sensors in each sack to pick up moisture and the chemical signals of the spice's aroma.

We even had special gas sensors custom-made from a lab. Then we trained the AI on weather data, including how much sunshine and wind there was and when the monsoon would arrive.

We installed a robotic arm to photograph the spices. As each bag was opened, the AI would check how red the chilies were. Faded color meant they were old.

The Challenge

3-Axis Shock and Tilt Sensor Matrix

We installed a network of ultra-sensitive micro-shock sensors inside the container, specifically around the liquid payload. These sensors measure how much vibration occurred, as well as the direction and frequency of the vibration in 3D space.

AI 'Damage Signature' Model

We used historical data to teach the AI which specific vibration patterns, such as side-to-side swinging, actually cause chemical instability and container breakage. We also identified which patterns are normal road shocks. This AI generates a "Damage Risk Score" for each shipment.

Auto-Adjusting Routing

If the AI detects that the truck is entering an area with high risk due to poor road quality, based on map data, and the sensitivity of the current payload, from sensor data, the system immediately suggests a safer, albeit slightly longer, route to the driver app.
