A Unique Case Study: TeleCure Asia, Include AI and IoT Integration

This project wasn't just about health technology for us. It showed how Flutter, IoT, and AI can work together.

TeleCure Asia's app does more than connect patients with clinics. It builds a smart medical ecosystem that securely integrates IoT devices, smart locks, and patient data on one platform.

Project Context

The TeleCure Asia app, available on iOS, serves as a digital health platform where patients connect with remote doctors. It also includes physiological data from devices within the app. This setup helps doctors make diagnoses based on precise readings rather than just conversations.

Our Solution

We developed a cross-platform app using Flutter to ensure consistent performance on both systems and connected medical devices like ECG sensors, pulse oximeters, and digital stethoscopes using Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE).

We used NFC communication for patient identification and created a smart lock system for medical cabin access to secure medication storage.

AI models analyze real-time readings and alert doctors if a patient's heart rate strays from normal.

The IoT Hub and data processing model integrated into the Azure cloud ensure the platform provides accurate data in real-time.

A standout feature of this project was integrating the Flutter app directly onto a custom node with a BLE module. This avoided any dependence on third-party apps and allowed for fast and safe data transfer. An NFC-based locking system further protected patient privacy by granting access to medications or reports only to authorized cards.

TeleCure doctors can see a patient's blood pressure or ECG readings on a monitoring screen. These readings are analyzed and sent back from the Flutter app to the AI server. This approach changes digital health from just a video call into an intelligent medical network.
