Let's look at a real project. In 2023, a real estate company called 'HomeSafe Properties' approached us. They managed short-term rentals, similar to Airbnb.

Guests often had trouble entering because physical keys were frequently lost. They wanted an app where the host could control the lock.

Using React Native we created a mobile application for both Android and iOS platforms and several features: Users can register, check the lock's status, generate a temporary code that will last for 24 hours, and receive push notifications.

As part of our testing, we set up 10 physical locks at 10 locations. Our customer uses the app, which allows him to remotely unlock the door and grant access to his guests by having them scan a QR code.

The customer was very satisfied with our efforts and intends on utilizing our services to develop additional properties.

From our work on this particular project we learned that offering a straightforward, easy-to-use interface combined with quick response time creates an excellent experience for users.

We recently developed a custom smart lock solution for a hotel chain. All rooms were equipped with Yale Smart Locks. Previously, they were using the official Yale app, but they wanted their own app with their branding and all the features of the Yale app.

So, we created a custom mobile and web app for them, created a mobile app (iOS/Android) that allows hotel staff to send digital keys to guests.

Set up time-based access codes for guest users. For example, a guest only has access for the first day of their stay.

Tracked and displayed room access details, showing who entered and when, in the admin panel.

Integrated an alert feature to send an immediate notification if someone entered the wrong code.

A client of ours wanted a custom mobile app to manage their office doors using Yale Smart Locks. We implemented role-based access to the Yale Smart locks, so only authorized employees would be able to access certain areas, e.g., director's rooms or HR rooms.
