1. When a supplier sends a message like “Order #123: 50 KG Rice” on WhatsApp, Twilio API intercepts it.
2. Workato converts that message into data using NLP.
3. A Purchase Order is automatically created in SAP.

For an HR team, we integrated Google Forms with Zoho People and Gmail. As soon as a new employee fills out the joining form, his data is saved in the HR system and he gets a welcome mail — all without any human intervention.
