For an industrial automation client, Adequate Infosoft has developed a capacitive touch control panel for this project using the TI MSP430 microcontroller.
The customer required a robust, low-power touch based user interface replacing mechanical buttons to enhance product durability and user experience.
Our engineering team designed the complete embedded hardware and firmware architecture around the TI MSP430 platform. We implemented capacitive touch sensing firmware with optimized filtering and noise handling to ensure stable touch detection even in electrically noisy environments. The firmware was developed to support multiple touch inputs with fast response time and low power consumption.

Adequate Infosoft developed a high efficiency resonant DC-DC converter system using TI C2000 F280039C microcontroller for a power electronics application.
The client needed accurate digital power management, high switching efficiency, and stable operation under varying load conditions for an industrial grade power conversion product.
Our team designed the embedded control firmware using the TI C2000 real time control architecture. The firmware controlled PWM generation, ADC synchronization, fault protection, soft-start sequencing, and closed-loop feedback control of the resonant converter topology.
We have optimized the control algorithms to improve the switching efficiency and reduce the thermal losses in operation.
On the hardware side, we supported PCB design review, power stage integration, signal isolation, and layout optimization for high-frequency switching circuits. Much attention is paid to the grounding strategy, current sensing accuracy, noise reduction, and thermal management for reliable converter performance.
