Automation:
Automatic fill valve control, high-high level interlock with pump cut-off, low-low level suction protection.

Battery-powered LoRa level transmitter with <0.5% full-scale accuracy, transmitting every 5 minutes and immediately on alarm.
3. IoT Monitoring for STP & WTP Systems
We provide end-to-end IoT solutions for Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) and Water Treatment Plants (WTP), enabling real-time monitoring and automation.
For STP, we track inlet flow, BOD, DO, MLSS, RAS flow, and final effluent quality including turbidity, pH, and chlorine. Control includes aerators, VFD blowers, sludge pumps, and UV systems.
For WTP, we monitor turbidity, dosing, filtration, chlorine levels, and clearwell storage, with full integration to chemical dosing pumps via Modbus or pulse signals for precise treatment control.
4. Smart Water Metering (Bulk & Customer)
We provide IoT solutions for bulk and customer water metering using electromagnetic, ultrasonic, and mechanical meters (single-jet, multi-jet, Woltman). Data includes real-time flow, totalized volume (forward/reverse), temperature, and leak detection via low-flow alerts. Our custom IoT device (ESP32-S3 + LoRa) enables low-power pulse counting from existing meters and transmits 15-minute interval and daily consumption data for smart billing and monitoring.
5. Advanced Leak Detection & Unified Water Intelligence Platform
We integrate acoustic, fiber optic, and pressure-based sensing for advanced pipeline monitoring. Hydrophones and accelerometers sample up to 2.5 kHz with on-device FFT to separate leak noise from traffic or valve activity.
Fiber optic DAS/DTS enables long-range temperature and acoustic sensing across 1 km+ pipelines, integrated with third-party interrogators. High-speed pressure transient loggers (50 Hz) detect burst events in real time.

Integrating Multi-Vendor Water Infrastructure into a Unified IoT Platform
A municipal water district operating a fragmented infrastructure with 200 Sensus iPerl meters (FlexNet RF), 15 Grundfos pump stations, 10 Hach water quality analyzers, and 5 Echologics leak detection systems required a unified monitoring solution. Each system previously operated in isolation, limiting visibility and operational efficiency.
In order to resolve the situation, we implemented three distinct IoT gateways with SDR modules specifically designed for communicating via FlexNet, multiple RS-485 ports, and secured by cellular backhaul.
To allow real-time analytics, correlation between systems, and a common set of dashboards all incoming data is sent to our central AWS IoT platform. We created custom drivers to convert data from each vendor into a single format.
