• The client needed an application named “HotelSurfs” that would collect all hotel-related information, such as location, facilities, ratings, rooms, availability, services, and other details, and store it in their database.
• The app should be integrated with the HCD' and Ultraswitch'API.
• We have to first sort the information and then store it in the database. So that the travel agents who will use this app to check hotel availability, make reservations, and modify existing reservations can access the data easily.

Our team opted for a user-centered approach to develop this hotel booking software:

• Firstly, we identified user needs to plan the strategy.
• Then, we designed a user-friendly interface with intuitive navigation and easy-to-use booking forms. We have also created wireframes and prototypes, develop user flows to visualize the app's layout and functionality
• After that, our developers integrated the app with popular hotel booking service providers to offer a wide range of options
• Also, we include features like personalized recommendations, itinerary planning, and real-time updates in the app to make it more interactive and personalized.
• While designing this Hotel booking app, our main motive was to provide a secure platform to the users where they can book their accommodation seamlessly. Hence, our top priority was security and data privacy.
• Once the development process is completed, we tested the app thoroughly to ensure a smooth user experience. We have done testing manually as well as automation testing.
• We also performed Live User testing and Go Live.
• In the final step, we deploy the software to incorporate user feedback and improve the platform over time.
