Client needs an electronic medical record (EMR) online platform for healthcare providers who get registered to maintain the database of their patients. Providers can create and update the complete patient file including treatment plan, messages, documents and case discussions. Patients can be referred to other physicians and access to a specific patient record can be granted to selective physicians / providers. Labs and patients also get a login on this system. Finally there is an administration account to manage users and subscriptions. This will be a pure web based application in responsive design across browsers and devices. Multilanguage facility.

  • Provides a high-level view of the key types of medical information that includes medications, procedures, vaccinations, conditions, allergies, family history, test and lab results, insurance providers, and emergency contacts.
  • Provides a means to easily navigate, using the Droid’s touch screen interface and keyboard, to the details of any of the key types of medical information.
  • Provides access to different types of media for medical records including images, text based documents, and scanned documents.
  • The user is able to back up a local copy of their PMR on their personal computer and edit it. This backup can be later transferred back to the phone if needed
